The following survey is designed to quantify the attitudes of International Physical Therapists about employment opportunities in the United States. Please answer each question to the best of your ability.
Once you have completed the survey, your name will be added to the drawing for our Apple iTouch gift certificate. Winners will be required to produce their valid international physical therapy license and have that license verified by our company.

To receive more entries into our iPhone drawing, please give us the names and email addresses of up to 10 PTs that require U.S. visa sponsorship to work in the United States. They must be internationally or US licensed to qualify. When they complete the survey you will receive an additional entry for each referral that is not already in our database.
